1/2 tsp cumin
2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
2 cups tomatoes, chopped
1 can (15 oz) low sodium black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 oz) low sodium corn, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup lime juice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Drain and rinse canned black beans and canned corn to reduce salt.
- Chop onions, peppers, and tomatoes into small pieces.
- Mix onion, bell pepper, tomatoes, black beans, and corn in a large bowl.
- Mix in lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, and salt.
- Let sit for 10 minutes before serving
