    Ingredients

    • 1/4 tsp salt

    • 1/2 tsp cumin

    • 2 tsp garlic powder

    • 1/2 cup onion, chopped

    • 1/2 bell pepper, chopped

    • 2 cups tomatoes, chopped

    • 1 can (15 oz) low sodium black beans, drained and rinsed

    • 1 can (15 oz) low sodium corn, drained and rinsed

    • 1/4 cup lime juice

    INSTRUCTIONS

    • Drain and rinse canned black beans and canned corn to reduce salt. 
    • Chop onions, peppers, and tomatoes into small pieces. 
    • Mix onion, bell pepper, tomatoes, black beans, and corn in a large bowl.
    • Mix in lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, and salt. 
    • Let sit for 10 minutes before serving
