Thank you for partnering with us! We would not be able to meet the needs of the community without you. Below you will find links to our partners’ commonly used tools, like the Partner Community, the Agency Portal and Link2Feed.
Visit the Partner Community to report service numbers, complete monitoring visits, access documents, learn about important updates, review tasks assigned to your agency and communicate with your Food Bank representative.
Visit the Agency Portal, also known as the Primarius Web Window (P.W.W) to place orders, review past orders, view grant balances, check overdue balances and download invoices and/or statements. This is also the place for enabled agencies to report their pounds for retail store and Community Table pickups.
Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank is committed to providing a safe and healthy source of food for our neighbors. Visit our safe food handling page to find information on food safety training, recalls and reference guides.
Encourage the people you serve to choose more healthy options every time they visit the pantry. Search our Recipe Library to find resources you can print and use at your food pantry.
Link2Feed is a registration tool that allows food pantries to track service visits electronically, eliminating the need for paper records. In addition to making registration easier for pantry staff and volunteers, Link2Feed offers comprehensive reporting options that help pantries and the Food Bank better understand our neighbors and the needs in our community.
Impact grants are small grants given to partners to overcome a barrier and/or build capacity to better serve the community. Partners that are in need of equipment replacement, funds on account, new equipment, marketing materials, etc. may apply for support from the Food Bank using the application below. Applications are reviewed every other week and are awarded based on need and available funds.
