If you are paying on your own, follow the steps below to register:

  • Visit Allegheny County Health Department’s website to view training dates.
  • Select a training date.
  • Download the registration form and clearly print all required information.
  • Return the registration form by mail or in person at least 10 business days prior to the course date
  • Include payment with the registration form. Payment must be received at least 10 business days prior to the course date.

If the Food Bank is paying for a certification, follow the steps below to register:

  • Visit Allegheny County Health Department’s website to view training dates.
  • Select a training date.
  • Download the registration form and clearly print all required information.
  • Return the registration form by mail, email or fax to your Network Growth & Compliance Coordinator. You do not need to send it to Allegheny County Health Department – we will do that for you.
  • The Food Bank will send the registration form and payment to Allegheny County Health Department.
