CACFP Application

CACFP Application

To become a new CACFP site and receive meals for your afterschool program participants, an organization must complete the application below and register for and participate in a training. Admission is open to all regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability.

Sites must also have a health inspection certificate from the Allegheny County Department of Public Health. All sites must have the ability to use electronic communications. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis throughout the school year, but applications received after August 15, 2021 may take four to six weeks to process.

The deadline to submit applications for CACFP 2021-2022 was on April, 2022. If you are interested in receiving afterschool program meals during the 2022-2023 school year, please contact cacfp@pittsburghfoodbank.org or 412-745-6508.
