The Open Door
The Open Door is a licensed non-profit behavioral health organization designed to provide treatment and services for substance use and gambling related concerns; impaired driving program; and crisis intervention for Armstrong and Indiana County residents. It is our mission to empower individuals to take steps toward hope, courage, and recovery.
If you, a family member, or a friend need help right now you can access crisis intervention services 24 hours a day. Our trained crisis intervention specialists are here to listen, assess, and assist individuals after a crisis. Mobile and phone services are available 24-hours a day. Walk-in crisis intervention services are offered from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Monday – Friday and from 1:00 – 6:00 p.m. on weekends and holidays.
