    Ingredients

    • Non-stick cooking spray

    • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

    • 1/8 tsp salt

    • 1/2 cup raisins

    • 2 cups sweet potato, peeled and chopped

    • 2 cups apple, chopped

    • 2 tbsp orange juice

    • 2 tsp oil

    INSTRUCTIONS

    • Preheat oven to 375˚.
    • Add chopped sweet potato and apple to a large mixing bowl.
    • Add raisins, oil, orange juice, cinnamon, and salt to the bowl. Stir to mix.
    • Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
    • Pour sweet potato, apple, and raisin mixture into the baking dish. Cover baking dish with an oven-safe lid or aluminum foil.
    • Bake for 50 minutes.
