1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup raisins
2 cups sweet potato, peeled and chopped
2 cups apple, chopped
2 tbsp orange juice
2 tsp oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375˚.
- Add chopped sweet potato and apple to a large mixing bowl.
- Add raisins, oil, orange juice, cinnamon, and salt to the bowl. Stir to mix.
- Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Pour sweet potato, apple, and raisin mixture into the baking dish. Cover baking dish with an oven-safe lid or aluminum foil.
- Bake for 50 minutes.
