    Ingredients

    • Vegetables:
    • 2 cups cabbage, shredded

    • 1 cup carrot, shredded

    • 1 cup bell pepper, cut into thin strips

    • 1 cup apple, cut into thin strips

    • Dressing:
    • 3 tbsp vinegar

    • 1 tbsp olive oil

    • 1 tsp sugar

    • 1/2 tsp salt

    • 1 pinch Black pepper

    INSTRUCTIONS

    • Chop and shred vegetables. Add chopped vegetables and fruit to a large mixing bowl. Stir to mix.
    • In a small bowl, add ingredients for the dressing. Stir to combine.
    • Pour dressing over slaw. Toss vegetables in the dressing. Store slaw in the refrigerator for 4 to 5 days.
