- Vegetables:
2 cups cabbage, shredded
1 cup carrot, shredded
1 cup bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 cup apple, cut into thin strips
- Dressing:
3 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 pinch Black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Chop and shred vegetables. Add chopped vegetables and fruit to a large mixing bowl. Stir to mix.
- In a small bowl, add ingredients for the dressing. Stir to combine.
- Pour dressing over slaw. Toss vegetables in the dressing. Store slaw in the refrigerator for 4 to 5 days.
