Resources Beyond Food

It takes more than food to fight hunger. Issues such as employment, health, housing/utilities and transportation are just as important. Sort by Resource Type and/or County below to find the life stabilization resources that can best help you.

UPMC Living At Home Program

A community-based program that keeps an individual living independently and safely in their own home for as long as possible. The program focuses on preventative and proactive care based on what an individual needs, their goals, and their preferences. This program aims to ensure a consistent single plan of care through client-centered care coordination by improved communication between health care team members, the individual, and their support networks.

Call 412-723-6200 from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Urgent calls are taken 24 hours a day.
