Center for Community Resources
Provides supportive services for individuals and families seeking information, referral, and service coordination. Areas include mental health, intellectual disabilities, substance abuse and other human service needs We work in collaboration with other human service agencies; identifying needs in the community and effectively responding to locate, coordinate, and monitor services.
