    Ingredients

    • 1/4 tsp salt

    • 1 tsp oregano

    • 1 cloves garlic, minced

    • 1/8 tsp black pepper (optional)

    • 1 cup frozen peas

    • 3 cups broccoli, chopped

    • 1 cup pasta, uncooked

    • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

    • 3 tbsp lemon juice 

    • 2 tsp oil

    INSTRUCTIONS

    • Cook pasta by following the directions on the package. 
    • While the pasta cooks, heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and oregano. Cook for 2 minutes. 
    • Add vegetables and salt. Cook for 7 minutes.
    • Drain the pasta. Add pasta to the vegetables. 
    • Add lemon juice and parmesan cheese. 
    • Stir to mix vegetables and pasta. Season with black pepper.
