1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
1 cloves garlic, minced
1/8 tsp black pepper (optional)
1 cup frozen peas
3 cups broccoli, chopped
1 cup pasta, uncooked
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook pasta by following the directions on the package.
- While the pasta cooks, heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and oregano. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add vegetables and salt. Cook for 7 minutes.
- Drain the pasta. Add pasta to the vegetables.
- Add lemon juice and parmesan cheese.
- Stir to mix vegetables and pasta. Season with black pepper.
