Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped

  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, finely chopped

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 can (10-12 oz) tuna or salmon, drained 

  • 2 tbsp dijon or yellow mustard

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 400°.
  • Add drained fish to a large mixing bowl. Use a fork to break up the fish into small pieces.
  • Add onion, bell pepper, and breadcrumbs. Stir to mix.
  • Add eggs, mustard, and seasoning to a small bowl. Stir to mix.
  • Add egg mixture to fish. Stir to mix. 
  • Use ½ cup measuring cup to scoop burger mixture and form into patties on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes.
  • Remove from oven. Carefully flip burgers.
  • Return to oven, bake for 5 minutes.
