- Slaw
3 cups cabbage, shredded
1 cup carrots, shredded
2 apples, sliced thinly
1/3 cup raisins (optional)
- Dressing
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp oil
2 tsp honey
1/4 tsp salt
1 pinch black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Thinly slice cabbage, carrots, and apples.
- Add dressing ingredients to a small bowl. Stir to mix.
- In a large mixing bowl, add cabbage, carrot and apple. Add raisins, if using. Stir to mix.
- Pour dressing over slaw. Toss slaw to coat with dressing. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
