    Ingredients

    • Slaw
    • 3 cups cabbage, shredded 

    • 1 cup carrots, shredded

    • 2 apples, sliced thinly

    • 1/3 cup raisins (optional)

    • Dressing
    • 2 tbsp vinegar

    • 1 tbsp oil

    • 2 tsp honey

    • 1/4 tsp salt

    • 1 pinch black pepper

    INSTRUCTIONS

    • Thinly slice cabbage, carrots, and apples.
    • Add dressing ingredients to a small bowl. Stir to mix.
    • In a large mixing bowl, add cabbage, carrot and apple. Add raisins, if using. Stir to mix. 
    • Pour dressing over slaw. Toss slaw to coat with dressing. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
