2 cups broccoli, chopped
2 cups zucchini, chopped
1 cup bell peppers, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
3 tbsp italian-style salad dressing
1/4 tsp salt
1 pinch black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- Chop vegetables and chicken breast into 1-inch pieces, so they cook in the same amount of time.
- Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Stir to coat chicken and vegetables with seasoning.
- Spread chicken and vegetables in an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
