    Ingredients

    • 2 cups broccoli, chopped

    • 2 cups zucchini, chopped

    • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped

    • 1/2 cup onion, chopped

    • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces 

    • 3 tbsp italian-style salad dressing

    • 1/4 tsp salt 

    • 1 pinch black pepper

    INSTRUCTIONS

    • Preheat oven to 450°.
    • Chop vegetables and chicken breast into 1-inch pieces, so they cook in the same amount of time. 
    • Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Stir to coat chicken and vegetables with seasoning.
    • Spread chicken and vegetables in an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet. 
    • Bake for 20-25 minutes.
