    Ingredients

    • 1/4 tsp salt

    • 1/8 tsp black pepper

    • 2 carrots, peeled and chopped

    • 1 potato, chopped

    • 1 sweet potato, chopped

    • 1 turnip, peeled and chopped

    • 1/2 onion, chopped

    • 2 tsp oil

    INSTRUCTIONS

    • Preheat oven to 400˚.
    • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
    • In a large bowl, toss vegetables with oil, salt and black pepper.
    • Spread vegetables in a single layer on the baking sheet. 
    • Cook for 45 minutes. Stir vegetables once while they are cooking, so that they do not burn.
