Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

1 1/2 cups pumpkin seeds
1 tsp oil
1/4 tsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 300˚
- Cut a lid out of the top of the pumpkin. Scoop seeds out of the pumpkin.
- Add seeds to a colander. Rinse under cool running water to remove pumpkin flesh from seeds.
- Dump seeds onto a clean kitchen towel or paper towel. Pat seeds dry.
- Add dry seeds to a bowl. Add oil and salt. Stir to coat.
- Spread seeds in an even layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast until seeds are beginning to brown, about 25 minutes.
