3 cups cabbage, thinly sliced
2 apples, chopped
1 tsp oil
3 tbsp vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Add red cabbage and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Stir to mix. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add apples. Stir to mix. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon salt, black pepper, and vinegar. Stir to mix.
