    Ingredients

    • 1/2 tsp salt

    • 1/4 tsp black pepper

    • 1 onion, thinly sliced

    • 3 cups cabbage, thinly sliced

    • 2 apples, chopped

    • 1 tsp oil

    • 3 tbsp vinegar

    INSTRUCTIONS

    • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
    • Add onions. Cook for 3 minutes.
    • Add red cabbage and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Stir to mix. Cook for 5 minutes.
    • Add apples. Stir to mix. Cook for 5 minutes.
    • Add 1/4 teaspoon salt, black pepper, and vinegar. Stir to mix.
