Summer Youth Cafés launch as schools go on summer break

Pittsburgh, PA (June 11, 2024) | Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank (the Food Bank) is excited to promote this year’s launch of the Summer Food Program, known locally as Summer Youth Cafés. A summer youth café is a site where kids can eat free meals when the school year ends. These sites are critical for kids who rely on meals at school during the summer months.
